Owner & Safety Consultant 
Deanna is the powerhouse behind Southwest Safety. With years of frontline experience in oil & gas, construction, and transportation, she’s known for cutting through the fluff and delivering real-world safety solutions that work. Whether she’s leading an incident investigation, building custom training, or launching digital systems that replace outdated paper processes, Deanna is always pushing for smarter, safer workplaces—without the boring bits.

Salle McAuley

Safety Administrator & Program Coordinator
Hi! I’m Salle—you won’t see me in the videos, but I help bring them to life. Deanna writes the content, and I handle the behind-the-scenes work to turn it into the training you see in the Academy. From formatting and uploading to making sure everything runs smoothly, I help get the job done so you can focus on learning.

Shae Baily

Safety Administrator & Compliance Coordinator
Hi, I’m Shae! I come from a background in social work, which helps me bring a people-first approach to safety. At Southwest Safety, I manage third-party compliance platforms like ISNetworld and Avetta, help keep our documentation organized, and support day-to-day safety admin tasks. I’m here to make sure everything runs smoothly—on screen and on site.
